Twitter has compiled billions of geotagged tweets from cities like New York, San Francisco and Istanbul and created beautiful 3D maps. These rendered maps use elevations and grids to visualize the billions of tweets recorded at these locations.
These maps might look something out of Google Maps, representing the cities with boundaries, mountains and valleys. But instead of land’s topography, they represent the differences in the number of tweets recorded at one location. With mountains indicating a high concentration of tweets, while the valleys a relatively low number of tweets.

Earlier this month, Amazon.in made its debut in India and sold only apps, books, movies and TV shows. And early today, the company has started selling mobiles & accessories, cameras & photography and portable media players with the launch of these three new stores. With this, Amazon.in has now a total of six stores as well as its range of Kindle tablet and e-book reader.
Earlier this week, Samsung’s new mid-range device— the Galaxy Core, was spotted on the company’s India e-store, though there was no mention of any price. The e-store has now started accepting pre-orders for the device which is available for Rs 15,350 and will start shipping from July 1.To remind you of the specifications, the Galaxy Core flaunts a 4.3-inch WVGA (800×480 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM.
