Specifications and price of the Apple iPhone 6 spilled online ahead of tomorrow’s launch event


Just a day is left for the Apple to launch its next-gen iPhone 6, but according to ZDNet, China’s biggest carriers have already started taking the preorders and refer to the 4.7-inch variant as “iPhone Air” and the 5.5-inch variant as the “iPhone Pro”.

According to the ad, the iPhone 6 will come in three colors — silver, gold, and space grey. In addition to this, the ad says that iPhone 6 will flaunt a 3-megapixel front camera (up from 1.2-megapixel on the iPhone 5S), improved Touch ID, quad-core A8 chip (up from Dual-core 1.3GHz Apple A7 chip in iPhone 5S) with a bigger 2,100mAh battery (up from 1,560mAh in iPhone 5S).


China Unicorn, the second largest telecom carrier recently put the new iPhones 6 for pre-order. The 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will cost 5,288 yuan ($861 approximately) for the entry-level 16GB version while the 5.5-inch variant will cost 6,288 yuan ($1,024 approximately) in China.
